Who is behind Clock In?

Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, the master planners behind the success of Bonifacio Global City, bring the same spirit, culture and energy to Clock In. The team takes pride in offering three things to all its coworkers: convenience, community and collaboration.

What is coworking?

Coworking is a style of work that involves a shared workspace but promotes independent work.

What does "hotdesk" mean?

A hotdesk is a shared workspace in a common area. It is not assigned, or reserved for a particular person. Our hotdesks gives you the freedom to come and go as you please, and use any available desk in our Social Spaces.

Why should I co-work at Clock In?

Why wouldn’t you? Aside from the awesome workspace, we serve UNILIMITED coffee, water and tea. We also have free printing*, free local calls, and FREE courier service around BGC! Awesome, right?

Cool! How can I become a member?

You can become a member by simply signing up for a package with us. We offer two types of memberships which are Your Own Office, and Hotdesks. Once you purchase a package from either of the mentioned services, you become a member of our community! Click here or email co[email protected] to connect with us, and sign up for a package today.

What time do you open?

Clock In is open to the public Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 7pm. Only Clock In members are allowed access during the weekends.

Do you offer virtual offices?

We currently do not offer this service, but small office tenants may use Clock In's address as its official business address. Please write us a letter of request, subject for approval.

Meeting Rooms

How much are meeting rooms?

Meeting rooms are available for rental starting at Php 1,000/hour. Prices vary per branch.

What do meeting rooms include?

All our meeting rooms are equipped with hi-speed internet, projectors and white boards.

Do you have a conference phone?

No, unfortunately our meeting rooms are not currently equipped with phone lines for conference calls.

What is the capacity of the meeting rooms?

Bonifacio Technology Center

What does "hotdesk" mean?

A hotdesk is a shared workspace in a common area. It is not assigned, or reserved for a particular person. Our hotdesks gives you the freedom to come and go as you please, and use any available desk in our Social Spaces.

How much are your hourly rates?

Our rates start at Php 620/day, and you cowork anytime between 8am to 7pm.

In which area can I work?

If you have a hot desk pass, you may work in the Social Hall or the Digital Library.

Do you have storage spaces?

Passes that are good for at least 1 month come with a complimentary locker usage. Coworkers without a long-term pass may rent at Php 1,500 per month, or Php 50/day – we encourage you to bring your own padlock.


What event equipment is available?

You are free to use and rearrange all furniture available at the space you will rent. We provide projectors free of charge. Basic sound system is already included, but only in our Bonifacio High Street location. Lights, and additional tables and chairs will incur additional costs.

Is food allowed?

You may bring cooked food at our event spaces. Cooking is not permitted inside the building for security purposes.

Does the event space rate come with a caterer?

Our packages do not come with a caterer but we can connect you to our preferred caterers, if needed.

Can I do events on weekends?

We can accommodate weekend events, but at a different fee. Please email [email protected] to inquire.

Small Office

What is the minimum office lease duration?

You can rent an office for as short as 1 month, to 12 and 24 months.

Do you have a security deposit?

Yes we do, depending on the longevity of the term. You may email [email protected] for details.

What utilities come with my office?

All our private offices come with tables and chairs and shared internet. A shared telephone is available at the reception area. Should you require a separate internet and telephone line, you may coordinate with a service provider.

Can I bring my own furniture?

We provide the basics, but you are free to decorate and furnish your private office as you see fit for your team. Just make sure the space is back to its original state at the end of the lease.

Do I have to follow the 8am to 7pm opening hours?

We understand the need for overtime, which is why we allow members to stay in their private offices until 9pm. Do note though that the centralized air-conditioning turns off automatically at 8pm.

I'm looking for bigger offices to accommodate my growing team. Are the walls collapsible?
